Who We Are

Meraki (may-rah-kee), a verb, or adverb, a Modern Greek word, derived from the Turkish "Merak", which means labor of love; to do something with pleasure, passion, with absolute devotion, with undivided attention. It is to put one's soul into something, to put a bit of one's self into it, be it singing, dancing, or painting.

For us at Meraki Consulting, Inc., it is about being focused, passionate, being fully present, and committed to what we do - enabling leaders and organizations to choose best-fit innovations and solutions to achieve their desired results.

Meraki is a community of like-minded practitioners from different disciplines converging on a journey toward a shared vision of transformed and healthy organizations, and continuous growth in our practice. We nurture each other's aspirations and potentials and provide occasions for deepening self-mastery and professional advancement.

Our Values

Our INTEGRITY is our trademark in what we do. We are what we commit to serve.

We RESPECT the unique journey and character in each person, group, and organization. We design, respond, care, and support based on this respect.

We HONOR the organization’s wisdom and aspirations, yet mindful of its power and limits. We believe in the essence of the organization and its importance in the transformation process.

We maximize the potential in the DIVERSITY of people and situations. We harvest wisdom and gifts from every source and use them to catalyze consistent growth and innovations.

We find JOY in what we do, and create JOY in how we serve. The meaning and spirit of fun deepen interactions and sustain creativity
