We have served and consulted with local and national government agencies, international development agencies, private corporations, and civil society organizations. Our reach is within the Philippines and in South East Asia (Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, and Vietnam) Central and East Asia (Bangladesh, Iran, India, Fiji, Sri Lanka, South Korea, and Mongolia), Africa (Mauritius and Kenya), and the United States of America.

Together with our community of practitioners from various disciplines, we have designed, implemented, managed, and evaluated large and complex systems change, which includes integration and alignment of organizational strategic direction, structure, systems and technology, human resource management systems and leadership, and people competency development and well-being. These client-centered assistance and support contribute to the transformation of the organization and its culture.
