COMPLETE PROJECT NAME: Establishment of Model Barangay Health Care Centers through Promoting the Use of Telemedicine and Digital Health in the Urban Project Health Site in Valenzuela, through the World Health Organization (WHO) PROJECT PERIOD: 18 Nov 2022 – 31 Mar 2023 DESCRIPTION: WHO commissioned Meraki Consulting to provide technical assistance to the City of Valenzuela in establishing model Barangay Healthcare Centers operating and sustaining the use of telemedicine and digital health. For this engagement, the project team approached the technical assistance through the conduct of a change readiness assessment to determine the level of acceptance of all stakeholders on the use of telemedicine and digital health. The human-centered design approach is also employed for the development of the telemedicine application to be introduced in the target barangays/ Barangay Health Centers in Valenzuela City.
