Meraki assisted DAP in a carefully designed and facilitated change management process to implement the new DAP structure and build stakeholder acceptance and ownership of it. A major output of the project is the DAP Compendium of Service Codes, which describes the functional responsibilities, major outputs and key result areas of offices.
