DESCRIPTION: Meraki Consulting, Inc. assisted in the strategic planning for the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) using the Balanced Scorecard as the framework. Outputs of this engagement included organizational outcomes (medium-term results), performance indicators, strategies to deliver the results, aligned programs and projects with defined targets and indicators, resource and investment requirements, and r mitigation strategies. The planning process was conducted using online platform, through a series of workshop and post workshop meetings to finalize the strategic plan. A rapid assessment of external and internal environments, and stakeholder mapping were also conducted as an integral part of the planning process.
