COMPLETE PROJECT NAME: Rapid Assessment of and Model-building for a Primary Care Provider Network (PCPN) in South Cotabato and Cebu City for FHI 360 PROJECT PERIOD: Jan – Jun 2022 DESCRIPTION: FHI360 commissioned the technical assistance of Meraki to initiate model-building for Primary Care Provider Networks (PCPNs) in the Provinces of South Cotabato and Cebu. For this engagement, Meraki conducted the rapid assessment through key informant interviews, focus group discussions, and a survey with more than 200 participants in the two provinces. The firm also organized and facilitated Strategic Dialogues with relevant stakeholders, i.e., regional and provincial representatives of the Department of Health and PhilHealth, hospital administrators of local government health facilities, and private healthcare service providers, validating the results of the rapid assessment and presenting the initial draft of the PCPN accreditation process and standards. |
