DESCRIPTION: PEMC engaged the services of Meraki Consulting, Inc. to provide assistance in the formulation, review, and finalization of its Corporate Strategic Plan, Team Building Program, Governance Committee Work Plan, and framework for protocols. The processes undertaken helped PEMC define its role as the governing body of the Philippine Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM), and distinguish its brand to the market and its stakeholders.
