DESCRIPTION: Meraki provided technical assistance to the BARMM’s Ministry of Health in revising its organizational structure and determining optimal staffing pattern. A diagnosis of the old organizational structure was conducted and its result was a critical input to defining the new and improved structure, roles and function, human resource complement, and their key qualifications using national policies and standards promulgated by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and the Civil Service Commission (CSC) as guide.
