With support from Vital Strategies and Bloomberg Data for Health Initiatives, the Epidemiology Bureau (EB) of the Department of Health engaged the services of Meraki to design and facilitate a series of activities aimed at defining EB’s strategic direction within DOH’s mandates and the Philippine Health Agenda 2016- 2022. Meraki assisted EB in analyzing organizational challenges and opportunities while strengthening internal synergy through clear direction and targets, complementing, and results-based and client-driven programs, teamwork, and a framework for monitoring and evaluating performance.
