COMPLETE PROJECT NAME: Institutional Strengthening Program for the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) for the Department of Health (DOH)

DESCRIPTION: Meraki consultants assisted BOQ in designing and implementing a major whole-of-organization initiative to build and strengthen the BOQ’s institutional capacity and competencies. The integrated, systems and results-oriented approach focused on defining BOQ’s strategic direction, analysis, and proposed improvement in its structure and business processes especially for regional operations and head office management systems, and capacity building focusing on leadership competencies for leading and managing complex changes in the organization. This project also included as an integral part of its assistance, organizational analysis, which served as context and input for designing the overall technical assistance.
