DESCRIPTION: The World Health Organization commissioned Meraki to provide expert assistance to the Health Policy Development and Planning Bureau (HPDPB) of the Department of Health, as it enhances its role in managing health sector performance and optimizing its strategic leadership in planning, monitoring and evaluation and performance management of the entire health sector. This technical assistance included the following components: organizational analysis, role clarification, team development, and change management planning.
