Meraki consultants designed and implemented the ERC Change Journey, a change management project for the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC. The project enabled ERC to address change-related issues and challenges due to the implementation of the eWise program that installed eight major technology-assisted business processes in the organization. The Change Journey conducted organizational analysis as the basis for designing and implementing a change management intervention that focused on building ERC’s internal capacity to manage its own change initiatives. The project was funded by the World Bank through the SRA, Australia.
