DESCRIPTION: Fred Hollows Foundation contracted Meraki Consulting to conduct an end-of-project evaluation of its eye health project in Surigao del Norte Province in Mindanao. Feedback of various project stakeholders were gathered from a total of 55 respondents to key informant interviews and focus group discussions to establish and analyze the results and impact of the project.
