In partnership with the Orient Integrated Development Consultants Inc., Meraki consultants were contracted to: provide technical inputs and guidance in the development of the first annual work plan specifically for the institutional strengthening component of the program, and; develop the Terms of Reference for the conduct of organizational scans of DepEd-ARMM, its project partners and critical stakeholder organizations by developing the conceptual framework for the study, conduct of on-site consultations with ARMM, initial data gathering on the context of education partners, archival research and desk review of relevant documents, and analysis of cross-cutting areas of inquiry.
