DESCRIPTION: Meraki consultants, through the Go-JUST project of the EU-AECID, assisted the Commission on Human Rights in installing, promoting, and managing the process of change as the top management introduced two major initiatives – Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) – to the organization. A core group of 25 technical officers and middle managers constituting the change management team is provided training, workshops, and individual and group coaching to execute their role as change agents. Change readiness of the organization was assessed and used as input for developing change management and communication plans.
