Delivered under the auspices of the Philippine-Australia Human Resource and Organization Development Facility (PAHRODF) of the Australian Embassy and in partnership with Human Capital Asia Inc. (HCA), Meraki consultants provided technical assistance on communication and change management competencies to assist DepEd ARMM officials in transitioning the organization from its current structure to its desired organizational redesign. The project assisted in strengthening the Change Management Team of DepEd ARMM, enrich its change management plan for organizational redesign, and develop a comprehensive communication plan.
